This solution is ideal for sustainable buildings and roofs that are sensitive to waterproofing:

  • Ballasted and Reversible Configuration: The system is placed directly under the green roof, eliminating the need to drill or anchor the supporting structure.
  • Preserved Integrity: This feature ensures the integrity of the roof waterproofing is maintained, making it perfect for flat or slightly sloped roofs where invasive structural interventions are prohibited.
  • Guaranteed Fixing: Its modular configuration is ensured by the ballasted substrate, which can reach a weight of up to 2080 kg over a 4×4 meter area, providing maximum stability even under demanding conditions.

Materials and Durability

The quality of the materials ensures strength and longevity in outdoor environments:

  • Structure in AISI 304 Stainless Steel: The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, offering high corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability even in outdoor conditions.
  • Geotextile Base: The base consists of a non-woven geotextile fabric that serves as support and load distribution. The standard size of the geotextile is 4×4 meters, but it can be reduced to 2×2 meters depending on site requirements (with prior technical approval from the manufacturer).

Performance and Flexibility

  • Extended Length: The maximum line length can reach up to 120 meters, with spacing between intermediate elements from 2 to 8 meters, ensuring wide installation flexibility.
  • Slope: The system is suitable for roofs with up to a 10% slope, maintaining high safety performance.
  • Operator Capacity: The number of operators that can be connected simultaneously varies depending on the chosen configuration, as specified in the technical instructions.
