The Spider AluBar Guardrail is a collective protection system (under the Lineevita brand) designed for maximum safety on roofs and flat surfaces.
Made entirely of extruded aluminum, it combines strength, lightness, and clean design, fully compliant with UNI EN 14122-3:2016 and NTC 2018 standards.
Main Features
The system provides fall protection and is designed to integrate perfectly with the building’s aesthetics:
Primary Material: Corrosion-resistant aluminum. (Galvanized/steel or stainless steel for mounting brackets).
Modular Design: Compatible and easily assembled components.
Zero Maintenance: Materials are weather-resistant and require no painting.
Standard Dimensions:
Guardrail Height: minimum 1100 mm above walking surface.
Horizontal Rails: Ø 35 mm pipe, maximum spacing 1500 mm.
Toe Board: aluminum profile 120X20 mm, minimum height 100 mm.

AluBar adapts to any structural requirement through different configurations:
Floor or wall mounting: Ideal for slabs and flat surfaces, with high-strength galvanized steel brackets.
Installation on sandwich panels: With stainless steel components for perfect hold.
Counterweight version: No roof penetration. Stability ensured by 25-kg concrete weights.
Foldable version: Pre-assembled modules up to 4 m, foldable for easy roof maintenance.
Installation on metal grating: With dedicated brackets and reinforced fasteners for secure anchoring.
