Height Safety on Metal Roofs Without Penetrations

 

The DRYTEC Lifeline is a permanent Type C-A anchoring system, fully compliant with UNI EN 795:2012 and UNI 11578:2015. It is designed for fall protection on flat or pitched civil and industrial roofs and is the ideal solution for standing seam metal profiles.

Non-Invasive Technology: Protection and Waterproofing
DRYTEC has been specifically designed to preserve the complete integrity of the roof covering:

  • Dedicated Installation: The system is anchored to metal roofs with Drytec standing seam profiles using dedicated fixing clamps.

  • Total Integrity: This method allows direct anchoring to the seam of the sheet without perforating the surface, thereby preserving the integrity of the roof covering and its essential waterproofing.

  • Flexible and Reliable Line: Installation is carried out using DRYTEC stainless steel plates, attached to the Multiblok clamps and linked together to form a continuous anchoring line.

Technical and operational features
The anchorage line consists of a flexible stainless steel cable stretched between terminal and intermediate anchors.

  • Deformation control: The system is equipped with an aluminium shock absorber, stainless steel tensioner, joint fittings, and safety clamps, ensuring correct tension and controlled deformation in the event of a fall.
  • Multi-operator capacity: The DRYTEC lifeline allows simultaneous use by up to 2 operators per span (maximum 4 on the entire system), ensuring smooth continuity thanks to the intermediate pass-through elements.
  • Modular configuration: The system can be configured as a single or multiple span, with distances between intermediate elements from 5 to 10 meters and a recommended total length of up to 100 meters.

Warning: This device is intended exclusively for use under fully fall-prevented conditions and must be used with fall protection PPE compliant with EN 363 and UNI 11158.
