The Phases of the Spider® Turnkey Service

1.   Technical Survey

Our team measures heights, structural constraints, access methods at height, and identifies existing risks, ensuring a precise design basis focused on operational safety.

Objectives of the survey:

  • Identify fall hazard areas

  • Evaluate types of roofs or industrial structures

  • Define the most suitable devices

  • Plan safe routes for operators

2.   Fall Protection System Design

Spider®’s designers develop a complete project defining:

  • Access methods at height

  • Types of devices to install (flexible or rigid lifelines, single anchors, guardrails, ladders, walkways)

  • Specific solutions for roofs, overhead cranes, runways, loading/unloading stations, and confined spaces
The design is supported by dedicated software and complies with current regulations.

3.   Installation by Qualified Personnel

Spider® operational staff, trained and qualified (UNI 11900:2023), install the system on any structure: concrete, metal, wood, corrugated sheets, industrial and special roofs.
Every installation follows qualified internal procedures to ensure maximum safety, quality, and traceability.

4.   Certification and Documentation Delivery

At the end of the work, we provide all documentation required by regulations:

  • Certificates of installed devices

  • Declaration of conformity

  • User and maintenance manuals

  • Technical project report

  • Photographic documentation of the system
The system is delivered ready for use, as required by the 100% turnkey concept.

5.   Periodic and Extraordinary Inspections

During the system’s life, our qualified personnel (UNI 11900:2023) perform periodic inspections and extraordinary maintenance in accordance with UNI 11560:2022.
